Registration Fees

Fees between now and February 15, 2008

  • Early Member registration: $255
  • Early Non-member registration: $315

Fees after February 15, 2008

  • Late Member registration: $290
  • Late Non-member registration: $350

Please note that, for on-site registration, there will be an additional charge of $25 to the late registration fee. Fees may be paid ONLY by check or credit card.  So make your registration early.

All payments are due before or on the first day of the conference. Payment must be received to gain access to and participate in conference activities and sessions. No PO will be accepted on site.

Cancellations & Refunds

It is the policy of NWA to assess a processing fee for all cancelled registrations.

To cancel your registration, a written request MUST be received by the Conference Managers, Inc. via e-mail at ConfMgrs@aol.com or by FAX on 1-888-310-8900 no later than February 15th, 2008.

Ø      Cancellations received before February 15th, 2008 with check or Credit Card payments already received will be refunded less a $45 processing fee. 

Ø      Cancellations received after February 15th, 2008 will not be refunded. Also, NWA regrets that refunds will not be given for No-shows.
